Refund policy

Should your order not meet your expectations, returns are available. Its important to be aware that returns incur shipping costs that you will need to pay. We gladly provide refunds for all items when returned within 14 days of receiving your initial order.

All returns are accepted with the condition that the items are unused with tags/labels still attached. If item returned does not meet our requirements your refund will not be processed. This is to ensure hygiene and health and safety with all our items. 

Items that meet requirements once returned will recieve a refund within 7 working days. Deadline for all returns is 14 working days, If return request exceeds this timeframe we will refuse the return.
